Edge is now asking questions about why you are downloading a new browser from the Edge.

Microsoft released its latest modern version of Edge browser in 2020 soon after which it discontinued providing support for one of the major browsers Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer 11 was the last major update given by Microsoft.

Since the release of Microsoft Edge, there has been fierce competition between Microsoft and Google for attracting users to their browsers. Microsoft Edge comes with several unique features which you cannot be able to find but Chrome, but Google Chrome ranks at the top for the user's choice of browser.

Microsoft had a history of recommending its Edge browser to its Windows users and requesting them to switch to Microsoft Edge as the default browser.

But recently, it was reported by The Verge that Edge is now asking questions about why you are downloading a new browser from the Edge.

For the last 2 years, it has been recorded Microsoft keep annoying its users by switching them to Edge, but this has been recently recorded.
